o Program launch event with community leaders, youth, and partner agencies
o Begin weekly outreach patrols in key hotspots (parks, town centres)
o Run Summer Youth Activity Camps (sports, music, drama)
o Deliver knife crime awareness workshops in youth hubs
• August
o Host youth-led community clean-ups and art mural projects
o Hold bi-weekly family engagement days
o “Voices of Youth” storytelling and testimony sessions
o Peer mentoring program launched
• September
o School return: coordinate assemblies and workshops in secondary schools
o Introduce conflict resolution workshops in partnership with local schools
o Begin 1:1 mentoring for at-risk young people referred during summer
