We’re looking for a compassionate and community-driven Health and Community Officer to join our outreach team. This role involves designing and coordinating health awareness initiatives and fostering strong relationships with the community.
Job Responsibilites

Plan and execute health campaigns and educational programs.

Build partnerships with local clinics, NGOs, and community groups.

Provide basic health and wellness guidance during events and gatherings.

Monitor the impact of programs and adjust strategies as needed.

Help identify vulnerable individuals and connect them to health services.
Job Requirement(s)

A background in public health, social work, or community development.

Passion for serving marginalized or underserved communities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with volunteers or outreach programs is a plus.
